the process

1. Information Documemt

I will send you a questionnaire to complete which will give me insight into your ideas as well as my fee structure and an explanation of what to expect. You can share pictures and inspirations as this will help with understanding your dream day.

2. consultation

Always good to setup a meeting to get to know each other, this can be done face to face or via a video call.

3. Service Agreement

Time to make a decision and get the planning in motion. Contract to be signed and a deposit paid to secure your date.

4. Supplier Bookings

Research the best suppliers accordingly to your choice. Receive quotes and prepare a Wedding Estimate. Secure suppliers and pay over deposits.

5. Planning

Once suppliers are secured, all aspects of the wedding will be covered and planned — timelines, appointments, tastings, floor plans, table and venue design, and more.

6. Co ordination

The week before your special day, I’ll be available at all times to support you. I will be onsite to oversee setup and deliveries according to your requirements. On the day itself, from sunrise until the dance floor opens, I’ll be there to ensure everything runs seamlessly. After the celebrations, the breakdown and pack-up will be handled quietly and efficiently, with all items returned to suppliers—allowing you to simply enjoy the beginning of the rest of your life.
